1. Do you only work with slam and hardcore bands?

While we specialize in slam, hardcore, and other extreme subgenres, we’re always open to working with any heavy bands that align with our vision. If your sound hits hard and you’re serious about your craft — send it our way.

2. How can my band get signed to Absolute Violence Records?

We’re constantly listening. Send us a demo, EPK (Electronic Press Kit), or your best tracks through our contact page or social media. Keep it real and heavy.

3. Where do you ship merch?

We currently ship only within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we open it up worldwide.

4. How long does shipping take?

We ship once a week to keep things streamlined and consistent.

Example: Orders placed by Monday will ship the following Saturday.

All shipments include a tracking number, so you can follow your order all the way to your doorstep.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — but the original item must be returned first. We’ll provide a return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we’ll send out your replacement or issue a refund. No stress, no BS.

Note: Exchanged products shipping cost will run on customer.

6. Do you do custom merch or design for bands?

We’re on track to produce all our own merch in-house by 2026. Until then, we work with contractors who meet our quality standards.

7. Who runs Absolute Violence Records?

We’re an independent label founded by Sofi De León and Joseph Carrillo — two people who live and breathe heavy music. We’re not owned by any corporate entity.

8. What makes Absolute Violence Records different from other labels?

We’re fans before anything else — and we haven’t forgotten what it’s like to be on the outside.

We give bands what we’d want ourselves: honesty, quality, and a team that cares. We’re also musicians and have worked in the industry, so we know what matters both onstage and behind the scenes. From merch to production, from fans to fans — this label was built for the underground.
